My defensive line has played every game together for many seasons. Chemistry is good. I spoke to the devs, only thing in your control is cautious vs. normal vs. aggressive. Outside of that it is just luck. Early straight reds are extremely rare. I was extremely^2 unlucky.

There is no good or reasonable explanation. Or at least I haven't heard any. I think that even game developers don't now what actually causes these piles of cards.

So guide tells how you should get less cards, but I'm sorry to say, these things mentioned there have a little or no effect whatsoever.

Send-offs have happened to me when I played cautious, all my players are very well trained, most of them have more technique than most other managers are training to their players. Chemistry is over 90%. Or isn't that enough?

I seriously starting to think that it is just the same to play aggressive, at least it will give your team more possession and more player vs. player wins.

I feel you man. I've had 4 send-offs this season in my league and one more came in yesterdays Cup match.

The weird thing is, I never had too much sent-offs on my matches... But some consecutive yellow cards yes...

Last year I had 4 straight reds, all were late in games and never cost me. I have 2 in 4 thus far. I know it's just crap luck. But the standings don't care if you've been unlucky. Not to mention the ripple effect of having your best players out for 2 games on top of the game they were sent off. Subs may be as good but rarely is their chem as good.

oh well, look at it this way: its better to luck out in few games consecutive games in one season, than to loose on bad luck sent off in 3-4 crucial matches dispersed trough 2-3 seasons.

Oh I've had those too. I lost a whole whack of games in hockey this past season 1-0. Even more where the shots were 40+ to <20 in my favour. Cost me a playoff spot and given how hard I pushed energy-wise I'm definitely bound for div2.

Hmm, italy's both matches bugged. But swedens U-17 worked at least so don't know what it is.

All matches 16/30 seems to be bugged.

Is it just so simple about technique skill "more tech - less fouls"? May be more correct is "more _balanced_ tech - less fouls"? I mean balanced with other attributes. So if technique skill is unbalanced it`s lead to more cards or even sent off.
Is there are some "card collectors" or cards (fouls) is distributed evenly throughout the team?

Does the popularity of certain players also affect (boost) the attendance if those players don't play in a match (and aren't on the bench)?

Some players have a preferred side, depending on which side of the pitch they like to play. Others - universals, play equally well on the right, left and in the centre. The universals are the best choice for the positions in the centre because the players in the central positions influence the play on both wings. If, for instance, you put a player who prefers to play on the right into the centre, his influence on the left wing will be somewhat decreased.
....Is this an error in guide or is it realy better to train universal as CM rather than WM??
