If you were second, then you will play qualification.
Should countries with less than 20 active teams be put back into their Continent (e.g. Europe)? In Europe there are 3 nations with ~15 teams who were given their own country by creating extra fake teams temporarily (Scotland, Moldova and Montenegro). Wouldn't it be better to have more active teams in a league by merging them back into Europe? Otherwise this encourages smaller nations to create fake teams to get a national team.
There's a worst case in Africa.. Egypt has only 6 teams and an own league..
They weren't fake, they just stopped playing and we expected more from these countries. I was asking about this and we will give them one more season to try and gain the necessary teams. Moving them is rather complicated
New season starts Monday right? Sports academy is Friday, so if you say go away for the weekend you miss your fortnight's youth pulls entirely?
It was said that youths will be pulled automatically !
It was also said that we get an info in advance if this feature is already for the currant season. Till now i did not read anything about.

The only problem i have is that it isn't giving people much time to react? Does this apply to Staff and Players?
yes, what do you need to react to? You can't pull those players yet anyway
But if for example i was waiting 6 days before pulling my staff because then my HR dept will be upgraded. Then i lose out because of the new rule.
This doesn't apply to me but i can see how some people will get annoyed.
Same if people had planned there Sports Academy to be upgraded early next week and wanted to wait to pull.

We should be able to pull youths whenever we want, but after season upgrade, we should pull them at 16 y old !

Yes, that is how it should have be implemented, but i'm guessing not.
