Ok that's strange... Australia doesn't have it's own league... and PPM have been saying for a long time that a country needs it's own league to have a NT.
I would LOVE for there to be a NT.. but if you can do that for football, why not do it for hockey also?

in football we have set a lower benchmark for an independent league. don't ask me why. Australia doesn't have it's own league because that would create a few orphaned New Zealand teams left alone in the Oceania league with no competition whatsoever.
Understandable. Why not just have an Oceania NT? I know it's not really a country, but i doubt anybody in Oceania would mind.

I wouldn't object to an Aussie-NZ NT. I know sometimes the countries are like oil and water BUT for the time being that could be an option.
LOL strangely... they're only like oil and water when it comes to sport... it's a friendly rivalry really. We will hate on each other, but at the end of the day, NZ and Aus are kinda like close brothers.

I'm guessing yes. BUT... if anything CL would be more.
For CWC this year I got around 4 OTR for CWC win, around 3.1-3.2 for a draw, and 1.5-1.7 for a loss. Is this similar to what you got for CL?
Pretty much bang on. CL was at most .1 points more.
I agree with tb here, being a New Zealand team. IF you are going to create an australian team, it might as well be an "Australasian" team? that encompasses NZ and aussie. Id be pretty annoyed if there was no oceania NT but there was an aussie NT. bit unfair on us new zealand teams dont you think vlady?
LOL don't get into the fairness debate... one plays PPM one learns to give with unfairness.
