I'm pushing my youngsters well and truly into the spotlight and hoping it all works out by seasons end!

We'll see. I would think that the Vets we all have will be nearly superseded in one way or another by then. One thing for sure is that the benches next season will be strong if they are kept on. Player values are not getting any lower and the tempation to sell them.. Hmmm It's all in the air. KK, Good luck guys and here's to another great season

Woop woop! Way to go! I was interested to find out. Have you got any 18/19 year olds that you know have stopped growing?

Im wondering whether 1/3 stop at 18, 1/3 at 19 and a 1/3 at 20 for example...

I don't have anyone who has definitively stopped growing yet but limited numbers, I'll have a better idea in a couple of weeks.

Assuming 1/3 stop at 18,19 and 20 - then this would mean a small % of all 18 year olds would have definitely stopped growing when 18. the only way to get a better idea is to pool information with other managers with 18 and 19 year olds.

Yes i was going to post the very same thing. I suspect the Mavs will be very hard to overcome again this season, although im sure there are some good tactical options out there that will help to even things up

It means that trainees will have to remain trainees until a season or so after they stop growing, during which you can balance them up...
