You gave Mavs a great game - especially after your horrible start! You built a nice lead though that meant they had to pick it up in the second half. They seemed to be much stronger playing an inside game, but i think that's a bit of a lottery so you were unlucky not to get the result...

Haha! Rotten draw in ice hockey to get my team in the cup and two times in a row! Things are looking good for me in ice hockey i feel like im getting my team under control and building them well. however still a huge gap between my team and most of 1.1. hence the bouncing up and down each season!

To the all great previous Nationality managers of the GB Team, who are so glory about what excellent work you did at the time of your management and criticizing me for my decisions on the board of election.

I have one question to fulff79 and The Kop.
What actaully - I will qoute you here "good work" you did last season, becasue history of the reaults from previous season is kind of far away from "good work". GB is on the bottom of the Ranking as well and you call it that a "good work"? Checked your resulsts in a whole season before you start criticizing others. I can tell you now - is just a few games won.

Reproach in my direction about two players from my team which I placed in the Nationality team. Seriously? You will criticize everyone who placed it one or two players from his team. I had made that decision because that was right decision. Both players very close to OP 500 (Point Guard with the highest statistic of passing from all the players in the whole country), (Shooting Guard with the highest statistic of shooting from all the players in the whole country) So yeah, sorry for taking them to the team. Silly me!
And what's the point of telling that I sold them off for a profit. This is my bussines what I'm doing with my players. I sold them because I needed the money for development of facilities and revenues from the games themselves is not enough to build facilities on level 11 or 12. What you into this?

Yong players decision.
Decisions on the selection of older players I made by looking at the past. Poor results of the team when young players with OP around 400 have to compete with the older players more experienced in Nationality competitions around 500 - 550 OP. Young players have time to develop, (now this is no matter anymore because we finally have U19 and U17). So, I made this decision by looking at the very Best teams from the finals last World Cup. Have a look by yourself on the top 4 teams from the last World Cup. Number of young players in the national team is very minimal, those managers rely on experienced players. For me a model to follow in such a situation is the one who winning, not the one who thinking he did "good work" but team is on the bottom of the Ranking.

That's all I had to say. At the end I will only add that I can not wait next season to see that poor reaulsts of yours and criticize them just like you.
I have enough of that what you are missing _self-criticism. So, I will spare you that, becasue I know I don't have better results and I can admit it. I will not announce that I have done "good work"

High OVR players that only have one or two high skills might do well in division 2 but they cannot compete in international basketball!
