Yes. Juniors can obviously be shorter than 175, but eventually they will be atleast 175cm tall.
And how do you train in handball attributes "Field play"/"Goalkeeping" relatively secondary attributes? Perhaps here we can use the analogy?

Blocking = Defensive play

Not really...as it seems that better ratings get centers with no shooting, but yes blocking, while PG seems to not need neither...

If I correctly understood, block and shooting do not influence the rating.
If they dont influence it directly they do it indirectly, and the influence is not small. if they influence directly or not - i dont know. But it should, even if it does not.
And indirectly - if someone trains block and shooting to his players the players will spend less time training other attributes.
So it does influence the rating. Same as in other sports.

"Grow ups" seem to be 1cm at a time. Rapidity of how often the player will grow is personal. Also it's personal for how long the player will grow up but it was said to stop at age of 18-19 ish (because can't be 100% sure) at last.

Players grow 1cm every 13-14 days. Depends from player to player
Even 13-14 days isn't true all the time. I had a player grow in less time than that.
It seems to be very random. For example:
One of my juniors has been in the team for 37 days and grew up on 11th and 34th day.
Another player has been on team for 8 days and grew up on 5th day.

Hi, in my league, I keep losing to weaker teams(21vs19, 22vs21, so on..). I am almost certain, that I use tactics which are perfect fit to my team in regards of players' skills. I also set game importance to level up when I'm losing. But that does not help.
What could be the reason of these losses?

Same to me since the last 7 days -.-
I checked out your last loss, the other guy had VH all game, looking at tactics the results wasn't much of a shock. He also used zone offense against your zone. You can always use the tool "expert advice" to see if you should of won or it was luck, but your record is pretty good, even teams stacked lose to weaker teams at times, it's the beauty of sports
