I am in the middle of losing my team! So I am placing my prized player Roland Leisibach on the market and hopefully get more than 5 million dollars to help get back on the green side. Please help, would be very much appreciated

Bit of advice... ditch the staff in the future! Once you get out of debt for a couple days. They're zapping your funds.
Sell all your staff pronto! Your facilities aren't good enough to warrent any staff, let alone staff that expensive.

I wasn't in debt, but my team wasn't going anywhere at one point. Finally figured it out and am starting to turn things back around. The key is the staff - get rid of it. Best advice I see.
