Most of experienced managers practice their players with ratio about:
100 - main
75 - major
50 - medium
25 - small
what is written 100/75/50/25.
There are many different ratios suggested by this managers but the differences are small.

I was looking at RAT of many different players at soccer. This is the reason of my new theory about best ratio. The soccer engine is builded on hockey engine so I think that here are similar conditions:

2x major > main > 2x medium > major > 2x small > medium > small

This coditions are based on my GK RAT observation but I have some similar conclusions on other positions.

I've noticed that GK hasn't small attribute but he has medium as pas and hea (or one of them is medium and one small). I think that condition for GK is:

2x tch > 2x spe > gk > 2x pas > 2x hea > tch > spe > pas > hea

I understood that this isn't full condition as the one skill player hadn't good RAT (ratio 100/50/25/13). This is possible that there is extra condition so I suggest to try practice with this:

2x major > 6x small or 3x medium > main > 2x medium > major > 2x small > medium > small
This is giving ratio 100/67/34/17 or simple 100/70/40/20 if You'd like.

According to the Guide, passing and heading make a small contribution to Goalkeepers performance. However, in crossing situations, a Goalkeepers heading becomes a major factor. So form a training point of view, I split the difference and train heading as if it is a medium skill for goalies and leave passing just as small.

According to the guide passing has higher influence to the RAT then heading for GK however heading is more important at play.

According to the guide, they both have a small influence. If listing passing ahead of heading indicates passing is more important, it is only marginal whereas it is a significant factor for crosses. Passing is not. Here is what the guide has to say on heading:

"Heading: It is hard to imagine football without heading. This skill is used in offence, defence and sometimes it is used in midfield too. Centre backs use this skill most often to neutralize dangerous crosses of the attacking team. On the other hand, the attackers are trying to score from these crosses and they often use their head to achieve this. Centre forwards have the best position to score with a header. For goalkeepers this attribute represents the ability to react to opponent's crosses. It is certainly not a good idea to underestimate practising this attribute for goalkeepers."

I know this and I think that this is possiblle that head can be as medium for GK. I wasn't testing this so far.
