But too much menial work can possibly make the game no fun to spend time on.
How much does staff affect it? I noticed Reflex is tied for top SA (with 3 others), but has dropped down to 10th. His staff isn't bad, but lower than some. Is it that big of a difference? Maybe that is why I am so low.
100% staff adds 0.5 times to your SA level.
Example:
100% staff and lvl 10 SA = 0% staff and level 15 SA.
50% staff and lvl 12 SA = 0% staff and level 15 SA.
Example:

How do you know you were moved up or down a certain number of spots? Is that coming from the Team Comparison page under facilities? That shows my SA tied for 5th but in reality there's eleven of us with SA at level 11.
Getting top spot means that my staff must be in the top 4 but I'm not sure where it shows how many spots I moved up. Are you guys basing that info from looking at each team individually and seeing the level of their staff?

He has level 11 SA and likely the best staff out of all of us.

For the sake research, let's all post our youth training percentage. Mine is 68%. Head 69, assistant 67.
That's impressive. Mine are both 48.
What's your overall percentage increase with your staff?
