My first rounder was 257 OR 3*.

Second round # 17 overall is a 330 OR 4* winger. If qualities prove right could be good offensive winger. Draft scouted showed him to be a C. My B first rounder disappointing.
My first pick was an A. 258 OR 4 star, decent qualities, going to wait till scouting to confirm, but still not as high as an A should be. Low OR means I probably will sell.
So far 10 teams have pulled their first rounders with Avg 0R at 245 and Q 57. Only 3 2nd round pulls with Avg OR at 244 and Q's at 49. 2nd round skewed by my 330 OR player. Unscouted Q's based on my scouting.
3* winger with 5 unscouted qualities below 50. How does a 3* winger have 33 FiP?
I'm happy with Anthony McCullough considering I was 11th in the draft and in comparison to the garbage a lot of teams received.
Ya I'm not usually one to butch about things, but they've really fucked up this draft thing. I'm not expecting to get superstars every time, but i guarantee everyone was doing better under the old system.
We need to get rid of the draft. This is every 2 weeks right? It's complete garbage. No point in having high SA now, especially with the scouting terrible like it is. I had first pick, and the best players showed up as B's or less, with the "A" I took being garbage. So not fair
You have a level 9 scouting department. Why should you expect that your scouts will get it right?
I think it's dumb that I invested in my SA to level 11, and now my chances of getting a good player are influenced by the HR. That's a major change to the game, especially when they do it for half the stupid season. I think the draft has been poorly done and there's no need for it to be as frequent as it is, especially when they had all the negative feedback after the first hockey draft and the response was to double the number of drafts
Chances aren't influenced by HR. Qs are random. Your scouting accuracy is HR-based. I agree though, SA should play a role.
I could have phrased that better. I meant chance as in A scouted players could be B's and vice versa. That's scouting, which is determine by HR directly influencing the player I draft by giving me information which may or May not be correct
So you want scouting to be more accurate?
Would you prefer scouting is 100% accurate and HR dictates how many you can scout per day rather than how accurate?
