Are salaries determined by somethings other than OR? I just noticed that Ferenc Bálint has a higher salary than Pedro Moriceau . Both are goalies, and 31. Pedro has almost 1000 OR more than Ferenc. I have no idea how Ferenc would have a higher salary. I recall also hearing that the highest stat has some effect. Pedro has 807 GOA, Ferenc has 566 GOA.

Pedro is making 370,326, Ferenc is making 385,845.

Exp comes into play a good bit, I think. And ferenc has 3 times that of moriceau. (Ferenc is also actually 33, but age is typically not a factor. CL might be.)

For example, I have both Barry Rhodes and Trever Easton as offensive backs, 22, both 480 FiP, 1863 and 1826 OR, CL 3/6 and 4/6, exp 34 and 17. Rhodes' next contract will net him 206k/day (in 4 days). Easton's contract is at 181k. Granted there is a slight gap between their contract renewal, but Rhodes' current contract is at 171k so he's always going to edge a bit further than Easton as long as his exp is higher. (I'm biting my hand that he ended up with the lower CL, I almost sold Easton at one point! xD)

Big blow to our national teams, looks like chubby fat guys are going inactive soon.

We have some space on the U19 and I think the senior NT, I'll salvage what we can.

but yeah, without his training facilities, it'll be hard to get new blood that doesn't, well, suck. :/

Yeah, that would be ideal. It takes forever to build up the infrastructure for a team.

Oh... no. I missed the deadline to take in his players. Crap! Did it really have to be during the dang holidays? In my head it had only been 2 weeks. Wow. So sorry guys...

Makes me sad that we have 3 inactive teams in the top league.

The American top league is in the same boat. I'm still a fan of combining into a North American league, like what they've done for some countries in football, while retaining individual national teams. I also understand that may never happen, and even if it did it could (would?) possibly hurt the national teams?

I wish the leagues would happen, would make it a lot better.

We def could use some "help" with the NT line-up. Just make us North America (Mexico doesn't even have a league) and combine everything. At this point, it would make the game a lot more fun and I think we can put our rivality aside, ha!

How do we get them to do this?

One time I asked Vlady, and he said he thought it would be too difficult. But within a few months, they combined this way in football. So, I don't know if they changed their minds, or football was set up in such a way it was easier to combine these countries vs. handball.
