Not sure if any of you follow our National Teams much, but we're off to a great start in the World Championship Qualifiers. Both U19 and U21 are off to 3-0 starts with wins over solid teams like Russia and Italy today. Our Senior team is 1-1.
What's a really good OR for a 17 year old? I'm looking at dropping some serious money on one, but not sure if his OR is elite level.
At this point in the season, 17 year old evaluation would be as follows:
Elite = 1000+ (example = Gábor Nemeskürthy )
Very Solid = 900+
Solid = 800+
Good = 700+
The Roughnecks have the top two Cdn 17 year olds with 900 & 911 OR. For consideration on the Canadian National Team I'm looking at 17 year olds with 750+ right now.

I don't even have 18 year olds that good.
