These are preferred votes, not actual votes. They're used when there are lots of candidates to widdle it down before voting.
Very decent young Cdn Goalie on the market Monte Carter . His OR is a little low but AvQ is high so I'm watching him for our U19 team and hope he finds a good home. Scouted:

Note: I'm mentioning these players because it really hurts our National Program when good young players get sold to teams with average or poor facilities. Ensuring they continue to develop on teams with good facilities/coaches is key
