Anybody want to be my assistant? One guy from peru asks for the position and I am inclined to accept. But if someone from USA with some experience is interested, just let me know.

Guys, for consecutive seasons we lack on full back. I suggest you guys scouting those on draft as if you find some, even at B quality (assuming high OR) they have good chance to make the team at one point.

Scouted several players and no 17yo fullbacks met criteria. i may have missed some.

If you have one and feel he can make the team, feel free to message me. I will be looking into 16yo now.

Have called 22 players and will be calling new players slowly

Next steps are
1. Scout and call a couple of super star 15yo (if any exist this season).
2. Call 3 fullbacks (ideally one is universal)

What are your criteria for full backs?

I have two 16 year olds that admittedly won't be as good as the worst center back you had play in the first exhibition this year, but if you're hurting that badly feel free to take a look at them:

Marlon Rutherford & Ade Stein

for fullbacks .. the best two available lol. and have no clue what it could be. I may play 16yo as starter

Ideally OR is the range of current 16yo in the team: 674-742 (yeah i have one 635 that is low)

Yours are low OR but since i have nothing yet, they are in consideration that is to show how bad we are in this position...

but because of the lack of depth in this position if we draft one or two top prospect fullback i will call to give them chemistry for the next 2 seasons!

we need to revert this situation or else at one point the senior team will have issues too.

i also have 3 but low OR. I tried to pull some but with lower SA my initial OR does not help for NT
Columbus Pinson , William Hilton and Kenneth Oswald

Im sure there are FB out there. till i figure who i will call to start we will be playing with 3 central defenders

I have Terence Vargas . I wouldn't really recommend him too much, but he is a fullback with 3 of 5 relevant qualities in the 90's (one of the remaining 2 is heading).

Dear, how are you?
First of all, I want to thank you for the support during all this time at the head of the youth teams of your country.
I have not yet submitted any candidacy for the simple fact that just one point is missing from each team to qualify for the World Cup. Jrowe's work was very good, I improved it with what I could in sub 20 and we are getting very well to the maximum appointment. In the sub 17 we had a group practically death (Latvia - Brazil - Italy) and yet we proved to be up to the task.
The intention for the future is to continue only with sub 20, I have absolutely all the follow-ups done and there is a very nice material to take advantage of. And thinking a little more to the future, I would like that supported by all these good results achieved in the youth, get an opportunity in the very competitive senior selection.

I come to share my happiness with you ... This generation of players was the first to work in my beginnings in sub 17. And seeing these results really is moving.
Beyond a spectacular fourth place, I think that the elimination with Czech Republic in such a painful way and the great match that we did to Hungary leave me with the feeling that we could have been even more.
Now the rod has been very high for this new season that is coming up with the sub 20 team and we hope to be up to the circumstances.

hello sorry for not advancing to the U20 World Cup. We have been lucky in important matches in recent years. unfortunately we took home this season. I believe that in the next election you will have a lucky hand and the US U20 will return to the top of world football. nice day to all
