Looks like once the player gets new CL calculated it will show it correctly. I've a player whos CL dropped and its showing OK now for season 10+11 but the junios haven't had CL calculated yet so it won't show season 10 CL.
I guess season update is still not over, so are CL drops. Still have the same OTR. And there hasn't been any message about the new season start either.
Seems there is a bug with substitution system, user delfino reported following issue.

The first Champion's League group stage match was scheduled today for last Monday, so it's not actually going to be played.

On my today's league game changes that were planned did not take place. Substitute players and change the position if I lose the first half of -1 to -3 .. It did not happen!?

-3 is lower than -1, so it has to be on the left side. This problem is so often reported as bug, it would be great to add a validation..
