You work on pages line-up A to D, you save and then you are sent to default line-up.
Wouldn't it be logical to stay on the line-up you were preparing before saving ? The manager still has to prepar his settings and subsitutions.

Why dont you post screen shot of your subs...and maybe explain some more about what SHOULD, what DID, and what DIDNT happened

I have set subs to happen when I lead the game. More I lead, more time for substitutes. For example today there should been substitute 3, on minute 70, because I was leading then with 4 goals.
Subs worked for example in these games:
soccer.powerplaymanager.c...

I haven't changed anything, but for some reason subs didn't happen in recent two games?

actually on minute 70 you were leading by 5. So in that game none of the criteria you set for substitutions were met...

They use OTR from the beginning of the season.
