Huge win for us today!!!! Big shout out to the Czech Republic for making a great strategic decision and putting the hammer down on a powerhouse Latvia team.

I don't know what his problem is either. No way I want you to step down, you're doing an amazing job.

I see some new managers may be getting a little frustrated by my long tenure as the NT general manager. So it is time for an update I guess.

NT UPDATE: (manager bio) - My name is Trevor, friends call me skip. I run the Kenora Thistles HC in tier 2.1. I ran for the NT manager job many times without success when I was new as well. As inexperience was the community concern I took on the assistant job to learn the ropes. The next few seasons I successfully ran the U20 program up to TOP division, and brought home Canada's ONLY medal so far.

With a medal in hand, my next elections for the Senior NT was a lock. Since I was preparing for many seasons and have scouted HUNDREDS of players in advance. I made a plan for the NT to reach the TOP division, and stay to... I then started a mini rebuild. I brought in youth and played them. With 2 new wings next year, our team only needs 2 new defense to complete our future requirements.

We now sit in the thick of it in this years WC. We stay in the TOP division, and we have a chance to medal this year!

If you want to run the NT, you must first gain the exp and/or trust from our community. There will be no more debackles or "dismantling". It has happened before..

I love running this team guys!!! Its what keeps me going on PPM. I have coached these guys since they were 19. I dont really want to give up the job, but in the spirit of fair play I could pass the torch. I will take assistants next season, and if I find someone capable I will step down. Cheers.. GO CANADA!!!

Considering your the only Canadian manager who has managed to acquire a medal for the national team of the U20 group and your successes with the senior team you have earned the right to remain as the manager of the team for however long your right. Also don't worry about troll candidates I got them when I was running. There is this one guy took a lost in a friendly to Switzerland and the ranking of the Untied States under Switzerland as the man points for why there needed to be a change. Don't worry about the haters as long as you keep winning.

Exactly besides the last time the USA faced Canada in the WC you guys kicked our ass hard. That earns you job security.

Tomorrow, both the U18 and the senior teams are going to play against the Finns.
