I think it's the fact that you're playing 4 lines that tipped it for you in the end. Just had more energy left than my guys.

Yea you had the game in hand for a while there. My guys must have just had enough left to pull it out in OT. A couple missed calls from the ref for sure, but apparently I did have a couple clean hits open ice near the end.

Your guy Gengenbach was a bit of a goon too

Great game overall, exciting finish too. My team just kind of shaped up how it is. 2 of my best pulls were dman in Tripp and Paquet. Woodthorpe was my most recent pulled player, he seemed to make a difference. I'm surprised our tactics matched apart from the line numbers.

Yeeaaahhh, Gengenbach needs to start doing yoga or something. I think what got the game for you thought was the two short handed goals you scored. I was usually safer at even strength and short handed than on the PP.

Woodthorpe did really great and outclassed my last pull. You have a very solid team. I think we're now pretty much neck and neck in terms of capabilities. These are going to be very interesting playoffs. I think you might have an advantage there because you won't need to go as strong as I will. I'll be facing Benlock so he'll tire my guys out for sure if he doesn't just outright punt me out.

My team is a bit different in the sense that I tried to patch the most glaring holes with some acquisitions. I have 4 players in today's game that had been acquired but apart from Gengenbach dishing it out, they were pretty much out of it.

Yea it should be interesting. It should make a difference since I'm hoping to be able to cruise out of the first round. Overall everything is pretty even, you're right.

And yea it's nice playing a game that's exciting to watch. I rarely watch them anymore but I really enjoyed this one.

many of my pulls have become better than my original players.

It's normal. From what I had read, the pulls become better as the season goes on, as if they had been training all this time. Also, our starting players are crap

I often watch them to try to see which stat my players are lacking. This was the most exciting one in a very long time.
