So when you start a camp, are the players immediately sent there, or is it the next day?
Ex. Start a camp October 29th before the daily game is played. Will the players still be on the roster for that days game, or will they be considered in camp?

In your scenario, yes they will be able to play the game.
What does the Tecnique attribute does to the defensman. Usually the defensman should have good Pas and Agr. But why does all the good defensman on market have good Tec. I would like to know if it's important to devellop Tec when you devellop a young defensman.

Indirectly. By training TEC you're not training ones that increase player skill so in essence training TEC will decrease your OTS. Thus it is a balancing act...
Low tech draws more penalties, but it's merely psyhological when money is involved. I would rather have 600-300-300 than 500-250-250-250 to be honest.
I have high tech (at least higher than Agr) on all my Dmen and I don't think it is as important as we tend to think it is.

Keep Pas and Agr @ 50% of Def. I presume that 100 is for tech? Normally we write in the order from left to right the attributes are in the player profile.

How much should I train my Dmen for shooting? One of my top Dmen has 79 Q for shot, but it's only at 30. He's a 634 OV so its quite low compared to his other stats.
I tend to train my defenders based on their shooting quality, so in your case i would try and train somewhere between 60% and 79% of their primary attribute.
