Haha, ik moest hem verslaan bij de jeugd, anders krijg je van die gv200 spelertjes van hem. Bij de senioren kan hij weinig verpesten, denk ik. We geven hem gewoon een kans, anders word jij volgend jaar bc bij de senioren!

Later we het maar een seizoen aanzien inderdaad. Eventueel ga ik dan later voor de senioren.
Ga binnenkort vast beginnen met scouten van iedereen
Nu scout ik al een paar seizoenen U20 spelers wereldwijd.

Well, I guess I will win the U20 job this season since no one else ran. I did notice 3 preferential votes so thank you especially for you three! I have just finished a calendar year with your club and, as I mentioned in my election speech, I prefer to run in 3 season cycles. So, if you are going to keep me, please keep in mind that I hope that we can commit to each other.

Last season did not go as well as planned. We managed to get out of relegation in three of the World Championship games but failed to win, notably against Bosnia and Herzegovina, which isn't good. Still, the team was competitive and gave it their best. I am modestly happy with our results.

Still, I would like to raise two key points with the Dutch GM's. Our first problem is talent since there are so few Dutch clubs. But this can't be helped. The second issue, though, can be somewhat fixed. I want to repeat the basic set-up of player training in PPM hockey. It is based on ratios, as with the following:

Center - Offence-Pass-Technique - 2:1:1
Wing - Offence-Technique-Aggression - 2:1:1
Defence - Defence-Pass-(Technique)-Aggression - 2:11):1
Goalie - Goal-Pass-Technique - 2:1:1

Therefore, for example with a defenceman, a guy with 300-150-(150)-150 would basically be playing at his top potential. (Note: the reason that Technique is in parenthesis is that there is no clear understanding on its importance. GM's should train it but to what degree the game does not make clear. If, on the other hand, your center is playing 300-300-300 (offence-pass-technique), he might seem to be a good player but he is not going to perform anywhere near his best.

I am fully aware that your club players are your own. I am NOT telling you what to do. But, if you care about the performance of the National teams and are disappointed when we lose, consider accepting the PPM method of player training and it will be a win-win for both your team and Holland's. Thanks!

Technique is seen as important as it cancels out the negative effect of agression. A defender with a lot of agrression, but little technique will receive more penalties.

I’ve been training as propossed for a long time now. There were quit a few U20-players that came from my team, but I sold most of them. These days I hardly get good new players from the Academy.

Thanks for the reply. Me too, but we are pretty desperate for any talent so we aren't picky. As for defence, I personally think that Technique is more than just penalties. I think that if a defenceman has a 2:1:1:1 ratio, or something close, the team's Goals Against will be lower. The lower the Technique the worse the team's overall defence. I have no idea if that is correct, but I keep Technique as high as the training attribute suggests.

Ik wens je veel geluk met U18 Harry. Zag net dat alle spelers uit het team verwijderd zijn en er 0 oefenwedstrijden ingepland staan.

Ik zat er naast, hij kan het wel degelijk verpesten, prima oudere spelers heeft hij verwijderd, en 21/22 jarigen van chelsea (die ruk getraind zijn) toegevoegd. Ook wat spelers van jou, maar die zijn ook nog veel te jong (en onervaren). Het is echt een prutser, kan jij je nu alvast kandidaat stellen? Dan doe ik dat voor U18.
