Yeah same here if the deadline is under about 30 seconds on a player that looks good but i Wasn't looking at i normally won't even bother.
What SocC is tryiing to say is if then end of the auction is 12:00 you may have some that has bid earlier A and at 11:59 bidders B and C may jumb in but once A,B and C have made the bidding go past 12:00 like to 12:03 that bidder D could not join in. That it is up to A,B and C to see who gets the player. I am in total agreement with SocC.
I definatly would like to see the market work slightly differently myself, but i won't pretend to know a fix
I like the Ebay style "set it and forget" mode.

I undestand exactly what SocC is saying, but it will never happen because if anyone has the money to buy a player and they find themselves locked out of the bidding it will only serve to piss people off to no end.
People can't time when the start looking at the market and if it just so happens that a bidding war is occurring for a player that interests them when they open the market, then they should be able to jump in.
Restricting people's ability to bid on players, for any reason other than not enough cash, is a *bad* thing.

i dont know if this has been put in before, but i would like to have a players injury history.
I think that would only be useful if there is an actual hidden rating for Injury tendency. If injuries are just handed out randomly then it is actually meaningless to include.
Also have to remember that high level physios and physicians have an influence on injuries.

but even if they are only random would they still not affect the longevity of the players career?
More than likely, that would be reflected in his attributes since he can't train while injured. I don't believe injuries have any other lasting effect on a player.
so either the game is keeping track of the injuries because it uses them to calculate something (and therefore they could be easily displayed)
or
it keeps track of them for no real reason (so either they are wasting space or they could be easily displayed)

they dont keep track of them because they dont make a difference (and therefore no point in displaying)

Maybe it's a Pro feature, but if you go to the player, and then Detailed Stats, it shows "Injured # of days"
So not a specific injury by injury, but you can tell how much time they have missed. Is that what you guys were looking for?
I personally am OK with players having some hidden attributes, like in EHM something like Injury proneness, clutch performer, things that can only be seen by evaluating how a player plays

Injury information does indeed appear to be a PRO Pack feature. Thanks talon.
And I too have nothing against hidden attributes, but from everything I've seen and read here, I don't believe there are currently any hidden attributes, but I could be wrong and there is no reason that can't happen in the future.
