So new teams have two rounds of beginner leagues to play in to get them up to speed. Would the first league have basic elements of the game and then in the 10+ exp league you add some player/staff (esp. staff) purchase and facility upgrade? That would be nice to warm players into it.
and as Outsider infered, increase the games/wk for the first or both league.

Not sure if this is where I should list this, feel free to e-mail me if it's not. I'm new here, and although I love the fact that we have a home and away jersey, a puck, a goalie mask, and can customize our own ice surface, I think it would be awesome if we could also customize a third alternate jersey. What you all think?

Regardless, I don't see a need to do a 3rd jersey, especially if I would have to pay extra on top of the pro to create it.
Besides, if you could "create" the 3rd jersey and not have pro pack that eliminates one of the pro pack perks, just buy a 3rd jersey and wear it for every game

honestly though what do jersys matter, its not like you see them in the brodcast. Just make 2 good looking jersys

The mini-seasons would be 4 weeks long. So I wouldn't really want to put restrictions on anyone, especially if they've played before or already have a hockey team.
