i think you did a good job in your country and congrats , but i think you don't have any chance to win this post.
first you don't know our language
second : we have some romanian candidates that could set up our team in top

Think before vote for someone, because i think candidats from level III... can't make a good work, because they have low experience for that job

I look at your candidats and i can't see a potencial for your NT team. You need a realy good couch if you want to came up to top

c'est vrai, tu as raison...
For making it to the top you need a good coach but in the first place you need to be heart and soul to achieve your goal.In the second place for making a very good national team you need to colaborate with all the managers and select the best posible players.Even managers from level IV can make a good job if they really want to succed and they are good mangers.
I know, but I look at your candidats teams and saw that only your Captain look voting worth. Of curse i don't know all what's happening in your PPM life in this game. I have a plain how i do thinks and I need help from Latvia and Romania to! I know that there will be a users who are ready to help
Well you see,you never know what can a manager do.Anyone can be a very good manager at his club team,but not a good national coach.The strategy is all that matters to make the national team a strong one.Now we are in a disastrous moment,nad I hope the next manager do his best to get it in the top.Preferably that could be me

1. must be mentaly strong, with a hard stomach, stress resistant ..
2. good personality, big influence on romanian managers, a person who impose respect ...
3. skils in comunication, especialy romanian language ..
if you don't have this qualities, you will be "eat" by romanian comunity ...
