for being the head coach of Romania you must know romanian language. do you?
I think i don't, because someone will help me to comunicate with them who can't speak in English and i am 100% clear that there will be helping users!

About ratio... 2:1:1 make the most stars, but also make more often random game. I train my team in different ratio, but most part of players are about 100:65:50, that help me to protect my team from random and that why I make the National Cup final and also came from level IV ... to I.1 in my cauntry.
Sorry man for my bad english but you don/t know read in Roumanian? It's very bad, how think you candidate for Roumanian trainer if don't know their language?
