I made tons of mistakes in hockey and have struggled to keep up with the top teams in my division because of it. I'm finally getting up there now after 10 seasons. I started in Div 3 in season 1 and made it to Div 1 by season 3. Been a long climb.

What's happening with the NT manager elections? All I see are a bunch of foreign managers and people who were in II?

I was planning on running in a couple of seasons but I might as well do it now since there's no one who was in I.1 last season running. I overachieved with limited resources last season so I think I can do it with the NT.

Oh, I just realised that round 1 is over. Nevermind.

Next season start the australian league in hockey?

Were is cava? He is so quiet!

im here - just dont come on often and not for very long - ie the reason why im not running for nt. My own team hardly gets any time.

sure, it takes time.. believe I can promote at least couple of seasons in a row.. then let see what happens..
I'm sure, I can get to the top league in a hurry.. as soon as I figure out what is the second priority as I finally found the first one, just at the end of first season..

Yup,I know but since Australia doesn't have a own hockey league...
FYI: I'm looking for promotion as I'm first with only single lost game..in fact the reason I joined ppm was hockey (=

To be fair I think things like tactics, scouting, understanding player composition and abilities are all very important. I think Borshow you could do a great job with this, you seem to have a good handle on this side of the game and it is important.

However, I also think it is a man management position. You need to be promoting the game amongst Australians, talking to the community and being a people person. Especially as we are struggling for long term managers. This is the part I'm a bit worried that none of the candidates meet. I guess time will tell.

I really think we need to get serious about candidates. I'm not sure who to vote for.
