@Philscott27 Thanks mate. I wanted to run again but to be honest, if i can't dedicate the full time needed i would not be doing credit to the team. I'm keen to stay involved in anyway the new manager wants, so i'm not "leaving". LOL

Is the irony that you get up TB for asking Australian coaches to vote for him then do the same yourself roughly 4 posts later, lost on you? Please show some respect and manners, it would be appreciated by the community.

What can ia say? I meet a nice inteligent man with you. You put the national team together as would i. You played the team with only little differents so, as i would. You are acknowledged member of assuie issue. Your deleting from candidated list is good for me, but big loses to the assue. If i want to be a good national coach i must see what is good for the issue. So your retreat makes me very sad.

Yepp, because asking vote on forums are prohibited/out of bounds (i dont know wichone is good). Last season the moderators gives everybody a penalty, who make that. Now the moderator dont deleted TB's post, so i became curious what happening if i do the same. That post spoke to the moderators.

Nothing happend. The moderators are very rarely consistens and i dont understand that. I like to pull the lion's mustache to figure why arent they consistens.

It doesn't look like you're being ironic. Instead it looks like you're being intentionally disrespectful and hipocritical. If you want to troll moderators as you imply (for their inconsistency), perhaps doing so in front of the people you want to elect you is not the best decision.

Yes, thats absolutly right. Of course i have my own reasons, but these are not acceptable for somebody, who want to be a national coach.

How i see, every vote are bonr in hearts. Rational decision are not considered. It is so in hungarian election too. It hurts me, but it seems i cannt do anything against that.

Thanks. I'll still be involved and am more than keen to be an assistant if the manager wants me to be.

Harley, what is important to you in a national coach? Why are you voting that manager, who you choose?

Why someone votes is entirely up to them and doesn't need to be shared publicly.

I am curious though Borshow...

What would be your goals next season if you won the vote?
Which players on the current squad do you see as part of the core squad, and which would you drop asap?
What ratios would you look to train as?
Would you focus on winning next season, or focus on youth to build a solid team for seasons to come?

keeper: 100 – not needed – 30 – 70 – 70 – 30
central defender: 100 – not needed – 50 – 50 – 50 – 50
wing defender: 100 – not needed – 50 – 50 – 70 – 30
central midfielder: 100 – quality – 70 – 70 – 30 – 30
wing midfielder: 100 – quality – 50 – 50 – 70 – 30
central attacke: 100 – 70 – 30 – 50 – 70 – 30
wing midfielder: 100 – 70 – 50 – 70 – 70 – 30

Next season goal is to get out of the following cup. There is many worse team as the australian. We must beat them. I think that its not impossible to get points from the better teams too. It wount be easy, i think.

I told you, that you build such team as i would. Almoast the same players, and you made chemistry for many player. That was very clever from you. Now, I must see, wich skills have they. Were they well trained, or bad? I started to scout them, but i m not finish yet. If they are good trained, then it wount be big changes. Maybe 1 or 2 player wount be play so mauch as in your term. And the younger will play too. There will be many matches, where wount be problem, if the younger are playing.

I scouted many 15 years old, but they are not so good, that we should build them in the team.

Now i cannt say concrete players, because i m not home, but tomorrow i will write you some concrete.

Last season started many new manager in soccer, but only 5 stay here in ppm. Without supply the australian national team will be in big truble for long time. My really important first goal will be, that from this number 5 I want to make 10 or more. If we wount get out to the next cup, but we will have in the next season with 10 active managers more, then i win. I achieve what i want. I dont know what is bigger work, get out to the cup or get more new managers.

Your articles were really good ideas. I will continue that and add some other things. For example games on forum.
