It's not. Considering staff with Attys 36/36 in both head and assistant position are the same as having your facility one level higher (which would cost millions to build and thousands a day to maintain).

Maybe. But they want to make hockey as more realistic as possible. Do you know a coach who earn 72 k per day ? It was the salary of David Beckam in Real Madrid. It's abused. My staff salary killed me and i'm not alone. One of my belgium friend (league 1) had to sell 2 of his regular players to survive ...
And personally, I prefer pay for construction because the price of a level up is constant and it's one investment, and also because cost of maintenance is lower and less affected by evolution.

Do you know of a team that charges $400/seat? Consider the Slovak Koruna (even though they run on Euros now). $400 SKK is $18 Canadian... much more reasonable in terms of ticket price. 72k SKK is then 3,300k/day in Canadian. Sure it's expensive... but that is a little over 1.2mil/365 days which coaches make easily in the pros. Player contracts are very small if you consider top players make around 10k/day that corresponds to 450/day Canadian or $164,000 a year Canadian which is WAY less than the big leagues but on par with minor pro leagues. The thing is, player salaries are only going to rise. Staff salaries have a cap. And even then, you can always choose not to train your staff. The issue is, most people train their staff in one attribute... which really shoots up their salary - just like training a player in any one attribute.

Compare money is ok in real life, but not in this game because the money is unique. In the game it's the same in Europe that in America than in Asia. So, 72k is 72k.
400 dollars/seat is maybe a little bit expensive, but the most expensive seat for a Montreal Canadiens is 172 dollars. It will be more expensive for a soccer game in Europe.

I was simply giving a perspective based on our dollar scale. $400 a ticket for a hockey game is insane. Scaling it down you get a better idea of the financial structure.

I'm really getting tired of people complaining about staff salaries. We have a great staff contracts structure in this game. It's fair to everybody. If you can't afford them let them go somewhere else, or don't train them. Let your players train one day without coaches and physios assigned. You'll see what money your staff deserve compared to your regular facility costs.

But this thread is about medical center. Yes, it is important. In my experience the more players you have the more injuries you'll count in your team. And I believe the higher your training facility the more likely your players will get hurt. Maybe Vlady could confirm this?

I don't think that has anything to do with it. Higher training won't give more injuries. I have way less injuries now than when I was at level 5 and below and I have way more players now too.
