arena will finally be done... now lets focus on making the series.... some new acquisition will be done as soon as i got money for them... Probably a #1 center and a new pair of defence
how much do you guys pay for player salary? Mine is around 260k per day.
95k, but I won't be competitive at all this season. I'll build up my facilities and arena and hopefully I can be good enough to not be in relegation round. I don't think I'll be spending much money on the market for players either since I'm not one or two players short of competing.
i'm at 235, but I built my team around young player from my academy
I'm at 178k this year, but I was alot higher last season!! It should go up in the next week.....buying some new players 
Quick advice, try not to take too high staff members and too many at the same time, cuz they kill your money!!
god dam it.... I really need to rethink my team... I can't keep loosing to team weaker than mine....
try building your team from the net out, defense beats offense lol
Yet, a good defense can make a goalie look good. I don't really believe in the "build from the net out" idea. My team is rather weak for the level we're at right now (I just came up from div IV, I'm not planning on being competitive this season... just sticking around and building), but I like to build with a good enough goalkeeper for him to not lose me games, a solid defense and strong wingers. So far I've been winning every game I thought I could win, even against stronger teams (based on the team info page) with this strategy.
I think I have a good, balance team, a little stronger on offence, but still not too bad on defence, last season I tought I was loosing game because my shooting abilities were too low, So I push my player and got a decent shooting now, I event got a better goaler. I gest I'll have to work on defence now...
Be sure that you play a game everyday of the season to increase your chemistry....it makes a big difference on the quality of your lines!
Be sure that you have players that are well balanced, keeping in mind that your primary stat is twice of the 2 secondary. For Example a Center : Off 100 Pas 50 Tec 50.

that is not a problem. My chemistry is really good and all my player have 2 for 1-1 stats
I just notice something very important.... My team is very undiscipline, meaning I Get lots of penalities compare to the team i'm facing. Averytimes I lost a close game, my opponent scored a goal on PP... How can I make my team more discipline...
