Suggestion: 3 prospects from academy for all teams, no matter what level of sports academy. Make the Overall Rating of the player depend more on level of facility... e.g. 600 overall points for a top prospect pulled from level 15.

In the National team calendar we used to have different colors for a win and a loss, which made it very easy to identify them game results.
Now they are all in blue.

Any chance we can have a different color again?

On the arena picture, put the days to completion as tool tips, and perhaps add the capacity.

On the arena accessories, only show the number of items that can be built for that level stand.

So if you can only have two concession stands, it would start with 2 gray circles, and then these would change to under construction symbols or pucks as the accessory is being built and completed.

If a facility can't be built for any stand, it might be grayed out at the top. For example, you can't have a restaurant until you have a large stands, so the picture of the restaurant might be in faded gray to mark the column, since there would be no disks below.

For the staff education, include a marker that indicates whether a staff member is the head or assistant. This could be as simple as an H or A next to their name.

They currently are ordered on that basis, but even when you don't have someone assigned, they would show up the same way - so in a sense it is misleading to order them.

I hardly ever look at the staff page. Ideally, I'd like the Staff and Education pages combined, but that would be a larger undertaking. H and A would me a small change.

My druthers would also be that any additional staff members be ordered by OR so that new staff hires would tend to show up at the bottom of each staff position.

On the staff education, change the training types from Attribute 1 and Attribute 2 to (for example for custodians to "Security Service" and "Maintenance".

This will help managers think about the two functions, and how they might want to develop the two.

Incidentally, how about promoting the Arena Custodian to Arena Manager (I would suggest Facilities Manager - except "Facilities" means something else than just the building in PPM).

To me, a "custodian" is a person who pushes a broom and dumps the trash - and it is kind of confusing that he would also be responsible for security, beyond making sure the alarms are set when he locks up after finishing his cleanup after matches.

Liked seeing behind the scenes and the interviews. It helped to humanize you guys a bit. I really am glad that this endeavor is becoming worthwhile for you. I, myself, enjoy the game immensly and must say thank you and good job (mostly).

Been trying to get used to the new look and while it does take some effort, there is a lot that I like (the top navbar and the static bg's are nice).

I gotta' say, though, IMO there is just WAY too much blank space (vertically, mostly). I actually got a bit of a cramp from scrolling so much. [Don't worry, Doc says I'll be alright]

I've read the forums and agree that the site looks somewhat cartoonish now. I posit that less space between the cell data and the borders would greatly reduce the amount of scrolling AND take away the "bubble effect".

Just a thought, not a sermon.

When a staff member reaches the end of contract at 61, give the option to the team to keep him until the end of the season. The team could give him a guaranteed contract, and not be permitted to transfer him.

"Keep me logged in" -button would be nice.

Right now its hard to see who is playing a good DEFENSIVE game.

It is possible, that you could teams's strength bars move more up in first row? Because it is very non-ergonomic to scroll many teams, if I am just checking their strength...

I suggest to change upside down strength bars with team's general information... It would be more better!

New design is very "heavy" for my smartphone. I mean - previous worked pretty fast, but this is loading too long. And pages are too big to be viewed in phone.
This is step back. Seriously.
