You setup the goalie switch in tactics? Got a capable backup? Kinda wish there was a consistency attribute that was given to each player that fluctuates slowly with age or is a function of experience.

For example, a goalie comes with 56% efficiency but as he ages and becomes more experienced he his 72% or something. Whereas a goalie could naturally be much more consistent and start at 80% per se.

Well, Ed Reid's an ok backup with a lot of experience but I didnt had time to set the new tactics this morning...

Either way, I'm trying to build up Sharpe Exp so he would've ended up in the net even thought he's unable to put any kind of good results.

I'm getting to the point that experience is more important than anything else.. atleast for goalie's, so the addition of a consistency attribute to go with the age and or the experience of the goalie sounds like a great idea to me.. maybe i would've went with the market 2 season ago and let go the idea of building my own goalie..
