that sucks.

1/3 of my player are from my 1st season. And they still all playing. I Have 100% chem on my 3 line and over 90 exp in global :S

Well I'm just getting slaughtered right now. WTH is going on...

Honestly I think experience is actually a bit too important to the game engine. (especially when considering how much faster teams with pro gain experience than teams without pro due to the more or less automatic scheduling of friendly games almost every day)

I got the W today. But my opponent was on low and i only score 4 goals...

Pro has nothing to do with it. Before I had pro I had friendly games every day and to be frank - friendlies gain next to no experience... real experience comes from playoffs and international tournaments etc.

We have a Game 7 for league I.1. Emile Marker scores in the shootout to tie up the series.

hmm... maybe my memory is faulty, I thought I remembered it being high enough that it added up to something significant after a couple seasons.

Either way you can get a friendly setup 30 days in advance. It's not hard to do... lots of people looking for friendlies in the forums.

In soccer I've noted XP increases by around 0.2 per game (my backup guys won 3 points by playing all friendlies - 14 games - between season 2 and 3). Not sure how it compares to hockey, but mighyt be similar.

I have pro pack almost since I started playing and I would say automatic scheduling of friendly games sucks. I never use it unless a game is cancelled with very short notice. It's much better to select opponents that have a large arena / stadium, in the same region than you with similar OTR and OTS, etc. The only way of doing this is by manually checking the teams around there and offering them friendlies...

Exactly. I hardly use it unless it's two days before and someone cancelled. Mind you I get more then enough offers to the point where I don't have to look for people to play - hockey or soccer. With my soccer stadium rockin' now all my offers are for me to play at home too
