Having Kes play the entire season without injuries would help as well. The twins are good players... Look at what they did in the world hockey championship when there is room and refs call penalties...
Also if the league was run with teams having an equal chance to win instead of the teams that will make the most money for the league by winning, getting to win it would be different. For all Canadian teams. Just saying from a butter NHL fan.

there will always be injuries, specially when your team is tiny. This is not the worlds championnship, the ice is smaller. The refs haven't called penalties since 1908. So what will the Nucks do know? We have to live with the game we have and adjust our team which the Canucks have not done. Just look and watch what Bergevin will do...
You do realize Montreal has perhaps the smallest team in the NHL right?
I will watch and see what Bergevin will do... will hope the cup can be brought back to Canada, but I highly doubt that, you don't get more fans by a Canadian team winning, we already spend our money on our favorite teams, but have LA, or NYC gain .01% of the population as a fan, the NHL makes more money.
Injuries do happen to teams. The canucks have changed and become more of a grinding team, didn't do us any better, and as a fan, we lost the fun exciting hockey they used to play when they could skate and pass and shoot.

Yeah but he is not. He will show fatigue after a 82 game season.
Yah, it'll be interesting to see how it plays out. He's young, and has a lot of heart. You might get a couple years out of him before he slows down.

Well, in less than surprising news, it looks like the Strippers just aren't as good as the Biznows. Don't worry mikepj, your team is improving, and one day you'll get better.
