Ämne: Best Practice Suggestions

Hi guys, I know the forums are the most unused but I've finally (finally!) maxed out training and recruitment so I'm seeing some real youth players coming through. What is the best training ratio for players? I've seen a few different suggestions, so I'm not sure if anything has changed in the past year or two as I get (and keep) young talent around. Thanks!
