therealsplinter, yes scouting does what you mentioned, but not just the staff members, both HRE Dep and its staff do.

It doesn't go further than black and white with you, does it?

If you don't have managers employed, you see the qualities inacurately just like when you have managers with 30% scouting efficiency.

The only thing you get with 30% scouting efficiency is a POSSIBILITY to see more accurate estimation, meaning you might be closer to real qualities than with no managers employed.

So, you are saying that HR department has nothing, but nothing to do with qualities estimation accuracy ?

I can not say that because I'm not sure, and the guide says nothing about it specificaly. All I'm saying is that the accuracy of qualities estimation is not calculated based on Scouting progress per day.

However, on the Scouting page you have 2 columns:

1. Scouting efficiency
2. Scouting progress per day

In first column the % displayed is based on your employees, no more and no less. There are no indications that HR has any influence on it. This is why I assume that the HR department has nothing to do with estimations.

As I've been told officially, the truth is somewhere in between.
HR does count, but scouting per day is not the same as viewing players on market. It's smaller.

I've never stated (as far as I know) that Scouting progress per day is the same with players' qualities estimation accuracy.

I just wanted to point that HR departments counts on those estimations. In what percent, I didn't and still don't know (but it counts)!

I must have misunderstood what you were trying to say because you replied to Popaji's question about scouting efficiency with calculation of scouting progress per day (last post on page 259), which are 2 totally different things.

I didn't understood his initial question !

So, now i'm a little bit confused:
until know i thought, aggressivity is a useless skill for goalkeeper...
but now I have two goalkeepers, both exactly the same a- and b-skills, but one keeper gets every match better stars than the other one...the only obvious difference is the aggressivity of 40 versus 18....is this possible? Is aggressivity a skill used by goalkeepers??

What is their experience? Chemistry?

Experience is quite higher with the "weaker" goalkeeper, chemistry slightly higher with the better one, but not much, 95% vs. 86%....

Let's see their attributes. I'm thinking your "better" goale has poorer secondary attributes
