Aprox 19:30-40. My assistant was the one who changed it. But we changed it more then the 45 min before start of the game, which is all the guide tells us.
We have been looking at the skype logs, and it seems like he changed it around 19:55.

it's clear that's simply too late dumbo, 45 mins to be sure...
I didnt realize this wasnt in the guide. I will put it in there as soon as I find out the correct answer. The 45 minute rule applies for club games.
The funniest thing is that I've set all game starting times before the tournament to 20:00. (because there is no need for different game starting times)
After I realised that you played at 20:30 on game day 2 I looked in the game schedule screen again and saw that some games were set to 20:30 - I changed all again to 20:00 and then you played at 20:30 yesterday again... I don't know where the error is :/

It's very strange. If games starting at 20:00 can change the tactics until 20-30 minutes before. I cant relay understand why we could not set our tactics 35 min before the game.
But I guess Vlady is looking into it. Just so frustrating that it probably cost us the game

I can understand you :/ it's very bad for you.
and for austria, bosnia and belgium (argentina now still has a chance to promote to division 2)
it's a very close tournament yet 
one thing is for certain. all NT games are calculated at the same time even if they are not broadcasted at the same time. so the deadline will be the same for everyone except those who play at 20.30 will be able to watch their game 30 minutes later
hmm, that is very important information that gave trouble for Norway then (Dumbo)
