For those that would like to avoid the sum of PEO (HR) levels, you can use the following equation:
(n^2+n)/2 = sum of levels
where n = level of the facility

Does anyone know how long must wait for arena ice design? I create new ice before 3 days but not see change yet...
as there are only two guys for transforming ice design to appropriate format for whole PPM it takes week or two
Do the Managers that have high Marketing Attributes get more expensive closer to contract renewal time?
I´ve been playing the game now 3 and a half seasons. More and more I play, more and more I feel I´m putting my money in a lottery game.
Don´t get me wrong, I like the game very much. But there is something missing and thats the tactical aspect of the game. Aren´t the manager games all about tactical decisions, yes? This game (icehockey) has become more and more about money race than tactical game. Where are the tactical choises? There is 1/6 chance you manage to pick a counter-tactic. That´s not anyway tactical, thats pure luck (in most cases). Youth pulls/staff pulls are all about luck, nothing to do with managerial abilities. Outcome of the matches is all about probability, nothing to do about the tactic you play (unless you manage to pick a counter-tactic). Most of the teams are trained in the same way, because there is no benefit for training players to suit one tactic. As I said, it´s all about counter-tactic. Is this good for the game? No. The only tactical aspect in the game I see is that where you invest your money.
So where is the tactical aspect of the game? Is it all about reading your opponents mind to know what tactic he may play and try to choose the counter-tactic? And that´s it?
What bothers me most is that first time I´m really considering would I buy more credits to extend my pro-pack perioid. It´s not because it´s expensive, but it´s because game has started to feel like lottery machine. Someone prove me wrong.

Your are totally right
Most managers from Ukraine think that this is a lottery, because they can't explain many matches when two/three times stronger (consider to "pucks strength"
team lose. Even without tactic/counter-tactic guess.
That is why I don't buy credits any more. And because of huge number of bugs.

Yes. For an examp. I had a tactic - sell goalies because they don't mean much in a beginning of first season, and money from them would give me excellent head start when I invest in Sport Academy. I thought that I would gain players that are twice good as those which I had then in original team. What happened is that although I had almost the best Academy in PPM, I didn't get any reward for good tactical thinking - quite the opposite. The best I got from SA until some weeks ago, was a guy with only 75% quality in skills. Some teams got themselves decent players with 90 in 2 or 3 main skills, but not me. Further more - even now I must look for decent goalies on market because I haven't got any from my SA, and first is already a history.
It is a good game indeed, but people are more and more dissatisfied, mainly with strange results.

So you didn't get star players out of your academy? Who cares? I tell you that is the way it has to be.. top teams will be forced to buy players if they want to stay competitive, which means that the weaker teams will have to sell their top players, but get good money to build their facilities and somwhen get the chance to play in a higher league.
Strange results? What do you all mean? I know what you are talking about, strong teams loosing to weak teams, and you don't want to see that because you are frightened it could happen to you. Do you really think you will win every game just because you have that big advantage in facilities and better overall rated players? If this will be the case, a lot of people will simply stop to play. This game needs those miracles on ice as much as many users to believe into them.

offcourse strong teams can lose against weaker teams, just like it happens in real time, that is great. i mean i you have like 5 extra points on overall strength, that isn't much in my opnion. i mean 15 extra ok, but most teams in the division only seperate a few strenght points, and then any result could be ok. I mean Real Madrid lost against Lyon. and they should be way better normally, but they lost in two matches. so it can happen in hockey as well.
but it is true that the tactic is a lottery and you have to be lucky with the choosen tactic. in the Dutch 1.1 the top teams just randomly pick a tactic and you have to be lucky. so i really think their has to be more tactic involved. soccer looks better in that way(if the Match engine will be fixed)
and a question, is their a factor in the Match engine that has some to do with Form?? that should be a good implementation

Do you mean form as a "Hot Streak"?
I think I read somewhere that it's not implemented. Although my best player didn't score in like 5 games and now he has scored 4 goals in 2 games so I'm not sure

This is not about weaker teams beating stronger teams, but about lack of tactical depth to affect your teams results. I´ve got my share of "the unexpected" so I´m OK with that already
Sports academy is one thing that needs to be altered some way IMO. I´ve put also lot of money in SA in last seasons with no results. It´s depressing to see your rivals pull 10 excellent guys per season when you manage to pull 2-3 decent in 3 seasons. Can anyone even measure how much money difference that is? About 250millions. Game over.
