Zadeva: How to Generate more income?

anyone knows how to generate more income in this game? othrs have some high facilities than what ive got, i need to catch up somehow to become competitive but with small income and huge building cost.. i don't think i can survive?or is t in next season i could be much better? newbie here

The arena , first max out your seats to the max for small stand up to 100 seats. Then upgrade them to the max med-stand-up at 200 seats and build the souvenir shops. Make sure you put all your remaining income towards the med-standups and HR this season. Hire or draft 2 managers and train them only on the second attribute.

This will increase your ticket sales , souvenir sales and upcoming media deal. The ticket sales will cover all salaries and most of the remaining expenses. The souvenirs will cover the maintenance costs. The remaining income will all go towards building HR and med-standups.

Next year your goal should be to save up 38 million for your first small triple with 1000 seats and to keep upgrading your HR.

After that you have a good idea of what to do to increase coin.

I agree with the smaller arena upgrades, but its not straightforward when you decide to save up for the expensive to buy (and maintain) triple seats. Every team is still building their fan base and ratings which will drive attendance, staff members are being trained up at the moment to help afford those really expensive facilities and stands (and get the most out of them once they're built).

It might be worth doing it in two steps rather than one.

but with a little amount of cash available i don't think i could upgrade them right? what I'm doing right no is getting some friendlies at home court. In that way I could earned some cash from ticket sales. Tho my worry is that it might affect my fans willingness to watch some friendlies if i start losing. I just used my reserved on friendlies with 2 15 yrs old on it as starting line up.

can someone here guide me if playing friendly before league match somehow affects your players performance? i got badly beaten by our league #1 Team, I mean badly beaten and my main guns unable to perform as they used to be. and to be clear during friendlies I don't use my usual first 10. I reserved them for league games which will commence few hours.
