Zadeva: South American Cup Hockey 1st edition!

Welcome to the First Edition of the Copa Sudamericana hockey!
Anyone who wants to register, you must read the rules and commit to the tournament.
RULES
1 - Overview of the Tournament:

- The South American tournament is a friendly tournament that will be played between 32 teams from all countries of South America and the Caribbean. For the correct understanding of the rules, please read this document. This document provides guidance on which is based the tournament.


2 - About the organization:

- The tournament will have people dedicated to compliance with the rules of the Tournament. These people, hereinafter "the Organizer", have the aim of updating the data for the games and check the conditions of party, which will be described in the following statements.


3 - About the Tournament Operation:

- The tournament will feature eight groups of four teams each, with each team assigned to each group randomly prior draw. Once drawn, the Organizer must announce at least two weeks prior to the first date encounters.

- The Manager of the team must agree with enough time for the opposing manager to accept the match.

- Every game of the first round, or round group will return, totaling six (6) games in which each team must participate.

- Once defined the groups classified first and second teams in each group. These access the next phase of the tournament.

- To know the positions, taking into account the amount of points earned, the goal difference and number of goals scored. If the tie persists, will draw.

- The parties suffer from restrictions on the importance of the match. You can only play very low, low or normal.


4 - About the players:

- The Tournament does not impose restrictions on the nationality of any player, or sets a minimum percentage of players from the same nation.

5 - Penalties:

Manager who will be sanctioned:

- Establish the importance of a match at High or Very High, either in a single period or both. This penalty will cost you a warning and consider for lost 3-0 in question.

- No agreed upon in a timely manner the Party. When the Home Team Manager sends the request to match, but the Manager does not accept the away team in a timely manner the party, is considered a win for the home team 3-0. The Manager of the home team must provide a clear picture where you read that sent the request match. Provide the image, the Manager receives a warning Away Team. Failing to send the requested party in a timely manner by the Manager of the home team, the visiting team will win the match 0-3 and the Local Team Manager receives a warning.


6 - Expulsion:

Manager ejects the team who receives three warnings by the Organizer. Expulsion means the team no further part in the tournament, losing every game they had to play 3-0, and it disables part of the next edition of the Copa Sudamericana.

7-Awards:

As this tournament is new and we want to have any input on awards receive credits after the amount received will be a division for example if we get 30 credits as a donation champion will take 20 credits and 10 finalists, who wants to donate is welcome
