I had 4 before finding Bc Bullfrogs players. They really improved well last season so we will have more, but still it's not a good 17 yo team.
I'll really give the chance to 16yo this season if they are as good.

Hey, all you GM's and Asst GM's of the three national teams.
I appreciate you for selecting my players, but I really need to put some of my other players on the market.
Are there any other players you think I should keep and develop?
I'll wait until Sunday, then a few players will go on the market.

I have scouted 29 of your 36 players which means they are or will be close to national team standards. I wish I had that kind of talent on my team.
You have a number of players, most in fact, who could benefit greatly from better training and physiotherapy.
Marcin (coach) and Bullock (physiotherapy) will be retiring this season.
Shields (cdoach) and Veikarts (physiotherapy) will be retiring next year.
All of your players, and especially the national team, and almost national team players would benefit greatly if you could find it in your budget to replace each of the retirees with a staff member whose OR was closer to 200 (190+).
You have the makings of a future dominant team, but you must be paying a high price for extra players and staff.
you have 22 players that are17-22.
You have 12 players who are 15-21.
IMO you should determine 2PG, 2SG, 2SF, 3PF, and3C from the 17-22 group that are your best, and sell the rest.
I would use the same idea for the 15-21 group.
That should mean you sell at least 10 players which will decrease your extra salary charges.
I might also decrease the number of staff you have "waiting in the wings".
There are those who have suggested it is cheaper to buy staff than to raise them.
This should give you a good start on covering the extra cost of better coaches and physiotherapists.

Yeah, I've been lucky with my basketball team, I've never purchased a player and I'll be keeping it that way.
You have some real good tips there that I'll be implementing soon.
Thanks for the reply.

Upgrading your staff in the training, physiotherapy, human resources, and sports academy facilities, can only make you more of a first class self-reliant operation.
Your 18 yo players looks good, but are low OR. You might want to keep them since their value is good on the market but not insane. (you won't hit 100m with them). I would advice you to build around this generation of player and get a couple of great prospect of their age on the market.
Your 17yo are above average. They are like B prospects. If you want to trade him I won't blame you. They are the core of my U17 team but I'm really building for next season so I don't mind losing them to bad teams.
Dicks is good OR, okay in Q. Keep him. He's really high at 464 for a 15 YO. He might get a good price on the market but you can build around him if you want. He will be a solid lineup player for your team in 5-6 seasons.

Hello dear friends
. As the upcoming manager of your youngest national team, I will be glad for your every opinion
.
The team is still incomplete, I am still watching a couple of players who have moved abroad. I believe it will be complete by the beginning of the qualification.
Maybe some managers will post in the mail about training adjustments.
For now all. Sincerely, Tereza

Can we at least avoid forfeiting? Any game lost in junior is huge. We dont have that many in junior NT teams to build chemistry. Plus it complicates calendar setup as bottom-tier teams are avoided because of that. And more important, our players are losing teaining! Any canadian fellow you wants to try? I have an assistant position to fill. And next year we could build a combined program for U17 and U19. We need combined efforts to reach a certain success and certainly not anybody who simply dont care after one season!
You are absolutely right!!
We are running the same risk agin this year only in the U19 category. The only person running there is offshore with little experience.

At least I'll full the U19 team with 18y before leaving. After that is not in my control. Maybe we can contact the guy to be assistant? Who knows?
Todays game is about the 1st place for a win or the 3rd for a lost (dont see how Italy can lose to Estonia). Good news is that we are already qualified and are the only team to have won against Croatia. Dont remember last time U17 was qualified!
