I'll definitely be assistant if you need help, I'd suggest starting by getting some friendlies
Only head can setup friendlies and add players to the team. Assistant only has access to editing lineup and tactics.
No I meant a good place to start for him would be to setup friendly....didn't have one today
He only just got the keys Monday. Hard to get one setup ASAP. Last season's manager has access to the first two weeks of friendlies in the next season for the other sports anyways to prevent just that.

Sadly, I have very little player wise coming up that would be useful for either of the youth teams, unless Arnaud Morneau might be of interest for next season or development?
Hi guys, not sure if they meet positional needs, but the player I referenced above, Arnaud Morneau and this guy Clay Alsford have higher OR than a couple of same age players you have on the team.
