Pulled two Ds, one RB with 174 OR and 74 AvQ, and one LB with 188 OR but 35 AvQ. Both have very nice distribution. might keep the 188 guy temporarily until I get someone better.
Why don't you scout him and see what he is? Also if you keep a good player for 2 seasons your reward will be huge vs selling him now for what amounts to one small upgrade.

if he really is only 35 avQ, he won't sell any better in 2 seasons because there he will not get any better and in 2 seasons there will be better players on the market. I feel like if I sell right now someone might take the bait and splash out 1mill+ for him due to this high OR. I can use that money right now to improve my academy and get better players in a month. I don't know if that makes any sense...

I agree. I had 2 weeks of great pulls of 200 OR players. Kept a few and sold a few. One went for 4.5 mil which helped upgrade and buy another player.

2 pulled around 185-189 including a better goalie than Wells Blocker
Good, now he can focus on the BP hole in the ocean. 
I pulled a 189 right forward who will immediately step into the lineup. He's also currently 5th in my league in AQ, and shows as a 94. I don't expect him to be that high, but my 76 AQ goalie is 14th in the league in AQ. I'm guessing he's going to be in the 80s.
When I pulled him, he showed 4 stars everywhere but goalie (3.5 stars there).

haha yeah think hes going in for a game someone got hurt but they train faster when not played so i gonna let him sit out
