Hmm, I hadn't even thought of that since I hate selling good players, but that actually might be the best thing to do. I already have an RF with slightly better EQ, and it would take him forever to pass Christian Davidson and earn a starting spot, especially since he wouldn't be earning EXP his entire career like the vet has. I could sure use the money to start TF 14 sooner too...

His avg qualities is low from what I see.... Maybe wait till he is close to 500? Interesting to see his scout
He's decent, not a superstar but pretty good. His Off quality is 96, so a month and a half or so of training will get him over 500 OR, primary at least 120, and under 10 transfers, so it all works out well.
SA-13 and still had a crappy pull--- a 340 guy and mid 200's. What is the point of upgrading SA and paying ass loads for salaries and then you get crap for pulls?

You upgrade the SA so you get 4 crap pulls instead of 1! It's genius!
You're all right. I think you should protest by demolishing your sports academies down to level 1. Think of the money that you will save on maintenance and the money you will get from demolishing the sports academy! You could just buy the players instead. The money spent on the sports academy is a sunk cost anyway.
I pulled this player last season, I am training to be CD, am I doing it right? It seems like he is going to be very good, he trains very well. any help would be appreciated.

As outsider says, if you train him as a CD, which is the right decision, you should keep Pass, Tech, Speed & header at the same value as each other. At the same time, they all should be 50% of the primary attribute.
Tempting sometimes-- I think sports academy costs me aroudn $200,000 a day or more.
