define "hard" opponents are almost all the same. 2nd and 3rd are OR 14, 4th is OR 15. Your are OR 15. I dont see any difference reallys
i think it is sooo wrong allowing a team to have 2 goalies in the prize. should only allow one per team.
I haven't played my full lineup in over a week though....(Jaws theme music)...
that kind of reminds my team ... my 1st line was at camp (returned yesterday evening) and my team was OR 14. Played a credit match last night and my team is OR 18 now !!
How ridiculous to think we're all rooting for imaginary 15 yr olds to lead our teams in the playoffs. We're managing HS freshmen. They're the best we got. Too late to adjust the game design now, but given professionals nowadays, it would make more sense with the new signees to be about 17, and not make 30 the doorstep of the grim reaper.
The system seems to be built around the European model of professional sports, with young players being signed and sent to youth academies.
In the long run it will make more sense, as guys who were pulled from level 15 academies and trained in level 15 facilities reach their 30s and will be the best possible players the game can produce. Those guys will be starters thanks to their experience even after they start losing attributes.
Until we get to that point though, the anomaly of new young guys being better than current older guys is just something best not to think too hard about.
