huh? how?
I didn't even think that was possible in a normal situation be honest... I'm in the red ALL THE TIME. Lol. Sometimes the only time I'm in the black is wednesday mornings lol.
BUT... I ALWAYS take out loans on Thursdays. That helps significantly. Because you get a huge pay day 1 day before each loan payment.
I'm gonna have to get better at leaving money to sit in my account now that the construction timers are so damn long.

That was the real key right there, I took out the loan on a Wednesday, without thinking that the repayment would basically eat up all of my sponsor money.
Basically trying to do things too fast without really thinking everything through.

yeah, I don't know if i ever made that mistake...? Maybe i had a scare in hockey and that's why I always do it on Thursday. Not sure. I don't really remember, but I've done it like that as long as I remember.

my hockey team is in that situation. have 14 days to get off. due to some crap stadium extra maintenance i didnt get off the dark side when i thought i would. I can ask for a loan so not worried.
The very last player I scouted turned out to be another A.

Oh yeah... and I'm DEEP in camp. I dont think I have anyone active that's above 450 OR. I actually had to bring in some scabs and go over the player cap in order to even be able to play my friendly games last week.

Btw... I'm totally stoked. Llyod Russ was 6/6 CL as an 18 year old, and now BOTH Keenan AND Benedict (2 guys I consider to be franchise players) both made it there as well. I would've been happy if even 1 of them made it, but both making it is like a dream.
I also had a 5/6 CL 15 year old make it to 18 without dropping too.
Awesome awesome year for me in terms of CL drops. Only 2 players dropped, and they were somewhat expected.

I think it's always been like that. It's just that after the league regrouping, we have so few American teams left, that even in the first round, we're all in one pool.
This was totally supposed to be in the National Cup forum. That's what I get for trying to think early in the morning.
Oh gotcha. Yeah... the number of teams in US Handball definitely seems to be shrinking rapidly.
Crazy to think that we actually might end up in "other world" for the sport... I just hope we don't lose our national team. That'd be a serious bummer since handball is my favorite PPM product by FAR.

Turkey still has a national team in hockey despite only having 2 (possibly just 1 in the future) division II leagues at this point.

I know one thing, I wasted way to much energy last season trying to stay in the top 4. Not going to happen this season.
