Hi all! Very bad situation whith U17 players!!!
we need players for U17 National team, please help me

hey guys we need more active managers as we don't have many good young players.Build academy and training centre pls.

I will do one day but it is so expensive to upgrade these facilities :/

no worries it took to me long time to build it too We need some good young English players cause there are no many big talents.Best team for English players is Norwich/rOtty-this guy doing very good job.

Well I'll see what I can do. Football is not my main sport and I don't know very much about how to play well and train well. Any advice would be appreciated I will look at norwich

I'm not playing basketball...two sports and maybe manager of U-17 is more than enough for me

Yes I find it hard to find time for more than bball! I hope to manage my footy team better this season!

here are some examples how to train players

Goalkeeper: goa 100% pass 35%-40% tech-spe 75%
hea 35%-40%

Full-back: def 100% pass-tech 50% spee 75% head
35%-40%

Centre back: def 100% pass 50% tech 55% spee 50%
hea 55% or all 50%

Wide midfielder: mid 100% pass-tech 50% spee 75%
hea 35%

Central midfielder: mid 100% pass-tech 75%
spee-hea 35%-40%

Wide forward: off 100% shoot 75%-80% pass 50%
tech-spee 75% hea 35%

Centre forward: off 100% shoot 75%-80% pass 35 %
tech 50%-60% spee 75% hea 35%

I don't want to say that this one will guarantee success but for future we can take advantage.
