دو سه تا هلو دارم واست اماده میکنم.فصل بعد معرفیشون میکنم.هم زیر 17 و هم زیر 20

مرسی داداش من خودمم تمام تلاشمو میکنم که زود آکادمی راه بندازم ولی یکم زمان میبره!

جدا از آکادمی به مدیریت و فیزیوتراپ هم به اندازه مربی و استعدادیاب نیاز داریم.من بی وقفه دارم امکانات اضافه میکنم.پیشبینیم اینه که تا آخر فصل اینده به سطح 13 برسم.البته تو همه قسمتها.مشکل اصلی ولی هنوز پابرجاست.اونم کمبود کاربر موندگار و با تجربه.خیلی سعی میکنم با دادن نامه و معرفی قسمتهای آموزش کاربرای جدید رو نگه دارم ولی به محض اینکه از اکانت خارج میشن دیگه برنمیگردن.تقریبا از هر 10 نفر 2 نفر موندگار میشن.خیلیها هم بخاطر اشتباه در خرید کارمند ورشکست میشن.یسری هم بخاطر دو تیمه شدن از بازی حذف میشن.این بزرگترین مشکل ما هست.کاربر نداریم.

I've made my first game last weekend.
I used the match to evaluate the maximum number of players possible and see the note they are doing at the moment.

The first evaluation I made was positive, since all the subs made worst note than the player they replaced.

Against Argelia I will evaluate the rest of the players.

For the 1st half of the qualifying we have a big problem, we don't have goalkeepers with more than 20 years.. the 2 i've found are both from [soccer_team=59562] but they only get 4 in the position.

The good news is in the 2nd half of the qualifying we will already have the current U20 goalkeeper Sanjar Sanjabi playing for the senior team, that with a couple of more players will give a huge boost to our national team.

I will ask again, anyone interested to be the assistent coach of Iran NT?

yeah there are too many good news for NT team.
6 players of U20 are going to NT team next year and they are too good.one of them is goalkeeper and he have good overall but they ar bad news for u20 because other players not enough good!!!

I had some talks with the manager of František Ambrúz and I bought one of the NT GKs..
I hope to make a good development during this season, even though i know he will have no chances next season.

We lost this weekend againt Venezuela U20, despite being a U20 team they are stronger than us.

Next week we are favourites against Paraguay U17, hope to get the ranking points.

No point to lose energy in friendly matches against teams way to strong for us at the moment.
Next season with a good GK it will be different.

This season we only have chances to get some ranking point against U17 teams.

Iran won against Taiwan, Paraguay and I hope to win tomorrow against Malaysia.

The first two games of the qualifying already happened and as expected we lost both.

But I think our improvement is easy to see, last season in qualifying we never lost by less than 5 goals, so far we lost both games only by 2.

With a much better goalie next season I think we will be able to get some points.

Please keep following the suggested training at least in the players that are called more often to the NT.
