normally it's this way:
those teams, which qualify for next round are listed by the points they had in group and the best plays vs the least, the second-best vs the second-least etc...
but i'm not quite sure if it is the same way here...

could somebody confirm the system for the playoff stage? Is it by the groups,or teams by points?
