Just to say, I dont know if it is a change to the criteria, but I can not upload 20 yo English players. I have 2 or 3 who are OK.
What is considered good for each age category in terms of OR?
From a U17 view point, I'm mostly scouting players who are 17yo with 700+ OR and 80+ AvQ - have seen some good players already but need more and need to know their values fairly quickly, so if anybody has players around these values, please send me a mail with their scouted values and they'll be considered for the team.
Suggest you need to be looking at 16 yos too - its a 2 season job and the big competition is likely in the second season - so its worth getting 16 yos in and getting chemistry on them as high as possible before then, in friendlies and the like.

I don't have anyone good enough. 
Is this because I am too far behind in infrastructure or my staff are too low?
Staff costs are so high for my club not sure if it is even sustainable, don't really know how I am meant to improve.

I might have to sell a load of players, but I don't know any players I have are worth much, and selling will mean I am going to end up lower in the league, and therefore less money. Can't win.

What was more depressing is looking at my 20 yo slovakian, better than my called up England 20 yo, then looking at the Slovakian team and seeing that only would he not make it on skill, but all their players are 19!

Oh god. XD Well I am not even good compared to the English players! Think about that!! I think I might screenshot an overview of my players so someone can help me decide who to sell, I can't not sell at this point really.

No problem, thanks for your effort! The higher the age group the harder it is for us as a small country.
It is true, but there was a real chance, and it was so close.
Anyway, I really enjoyed the game, and I really wish to continue, but in this case it would be an offense against our small community. Maybe later, maybe at handball...
