Having young players in rosters seems pointless at the moment. It takes 5 real life years until they're good enough to complete at high levels and I don't think there's many who are still planning to play at that time. So what should be done? Speed up the game!
If there was only 16 teams in every league and meaningful match every day, it could take only 8 weeks to complete a season. Now it takes 16 weeks which is way too long to build up a team. Managers are getting bored and many have already left the game because it takes way too long until they have a chance to complete at highest levels even if they do everything as well as possible..

Yea, that sounds right that neēd to speed up season... 112 days is way too long.
Not sure if this is the right place, but it looks like next season 2 Australian teams with no managers will qualify for the CWC.
So my question / suggestion is this:
Can you (PPM) make it so only teams with active managers / real managers can qualify for cups?

Probably the soccer suggestions is the right place, but I'm sure the same people read this and the same thing can happen in Hockey anyway... So yep this place should do to ask that question IMO
that could cause some real complications. too many possibilities of something going wrong when finding replacement teams.
My players need psychologist..
As specially after friendly games..

I'd love to have the option to turn off "expiring" player and staff notifications that clog up my daily news feed. Can you build that for me please?
I have two suggestions, the first of which ironically would be useful for this post:
1) a search function for forums (to see if a topic has been discussed before)
2) A subscription option for press releases. It seems like it could be a fun feature, but no one in the British leagues is making much of it; I thought being able to have a subscriber following may motivate clubs to be creative and write press releases more. Just an idea

he 13-03 signed a contract for a target with the main sponsor , knowing he was in a specific league, today I rise to a higher league and most likely mo achieve the objectives agreed in the contract I signed , slated make these changes before the contracts are signed , and now these are intended

you should get the option to renegotiate the contract today.
