I agree it should be forbidden to make arrangement with other managers, although I don't consider this as "cheating" but more as "influencing the game in an artificial way that might have an unfair impact on other managers" (would be a politician's answer lol). Anyway, as it's currently stated in the rules, it's not clear at all. Guide should be updated IMHO.
But even then, it's almost impossible to apply this rule, unless they scan private messages, which would be out of question IMHO due to privacy policy.
I'm really unsure how this could be applied, so maybe it should just be allowed...

Unfortunately guys I have to inject my knowledge. The reason your not supposed to agree for league games for playing low is because it gives an advantage in things like CL, CWC and NC. Since your agreeing your saving your energy to excel in tourneys.
It's supposed to be a chance you take. Well I want to win the NC so I am probably gonna have to give up a bit in league. Or vice versa. That is supposed to be the whole reasoning behind it.
Just letting you guys know the whole reasoning behind it.
It was in the rules but was taken out because of the work that went into actually proving it happened or just finding out. Since most league I.1s have an unsung rule that they play low that most participants follow.

Oui.
Your not supposed to agree on importance. it is supposed to be your decision how important winning that game is to you.

This is something that has been discussed also and could be something coming up very soon. Since it is taking away a players chance who actually wants to move up leagues but can't cause someone doesn't want too and purposely throw games in playoffs. It ruins the games for the player who lost to them and lost their ability to play for a promotion.
With a team like that, I would've tried my best to get it banned too.
I don't blame you on your efforts.

So you're saying you can stop people from throwing playoff games?
I completely understand the reasoning behind it. BUT... it's nearly impossible to enforce. And I can guarantee that others are still making such agreements.
Well if someone does it in the forum open for everyone to see, cant be that hard to spot imo... But it has a lot with mentality of the game to do also, as in real life, some ppl dive more then others just to take 1 example of fair play / unfair play.
I might not be the best thing to do, but it's not THAT bad...
What about this? "If somebody have 15y U midfielder with q over 85 on main skil, and over 80 on pas and tech pls send me pm ....". It much worse IMHO.
How so? They cant "agree" on a price anyway since the player must be sold on the market, and the market (everyone) will decide the price for the particular player, by doing this not a single person gets any advantages, now compare this to ppl saving energy like most canadiens do in the league for example, its good that you have a own CL, just think what would happen otherwise.. For us in sweden there are close to 0 matches on low in the league..
Congrats cKs
Glad to see you finally switched to High. It was expected, but still embarrassing to lose those two games playing High v your Low
